Tasked to facilitate efficient stock delivery to floor turn, maintaining global brand standards and increase the share of voice to result in a sales uplift and sell-through.
Play Retail partnered with Puma Oceania, providing a team of highly experience visual merchandisers, well versed in the Rebel space to deliver on all brief expectations and goals. Designing a field insights report to gather valuable market data across all locations for every booking. Our leadership team then collated, disseminated all data and photos into a weekly report.
The partnership achieved sales uplift and a notably strong and elevated in-store brand representation, achieving Global VM standard consistencies. Play Retail’s field teams presence in-store saw many wins in gaining priority positioning in many product categories.
