We have the ability to customize a team and service to suit the individual business while having the experience and scope within our VM and Sales teams to capture and deliver on the clients needs.

Dan’s twenty years industry experience spans many facets of retail including operations, people, sales, business development and brand management.
From humble beginnings as a store manager, Dan has a deep understanding of the key driving factors of successful retail operations. He has worked for companies such as Fossil Group, Hype DC, Converse, General Pants and founding his own design business.
Dan’s engaging and approachable nature drives a positive and enriching Play company culture for team members and our clients.
Chalita Muakphloi

Meet Chalita.
Chalita’s focus managing the day to day of Play, supporting both management and field teams, providing client support and facilitating smooth overall operations. Chalita brings to us a solid background in the retail industry across key functions including people, leadership, store management, sales, visual merchandising and relationship management. She has a great understanding and perspective of the business from the ground up and from a client point of view which is a huge advantage!
Joey Chan

He is often the glue that holds us all together, supporting our operations and infrastructure to help us deliver greatness every day!
Joey oversees our accounting, IT systems, staff apps, schedules and much more.
With a background studying Accounting, Joey has been a part of the Play family for almost eight years. No request is ever too big for Joey and we are grateful to have such a highly respected (and loved) team member at Play!
